  • Identity & Registration: Name, date of birth, gender, photograph, scanned ID (e.g., driver’s license, Aadhaar/PAN), vehicle registration, insurance and vehicle documents.
  • Contact & Location Data: Mobile number, email address, live GPS tracking during deliveries.
  • Performance & Ratings Data: Delivery acceptance/rejection rates, on-time delivery frequency, customer feedback, incident reports.
  • Device & Usage Data: Mobile device identifiers, IP address, app logs, error logs.
  • Background Check Data: Criminal record checks, background verification results, certificate of good conduct (where applicable).

3. Use of Information

  • To verify and authenticate your identity and eligibility.
  • To assign, track and optimize deliveries through GPS and performance data.

  • To improve and personalize the delivery-partner interface and delivery workflows.

  • With vendors and service providers (e.g., background check agencies, GPS/location service providers).
  • With regulatory authorities or law-enforcement agencies, if required by law or court order.
  • Within the Speedy Serve group of companies (to manage payroll, incentives, benefits, and support).
  • With customers within the app (e.g., driver photo, name, order status) for delivery coordination.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of your association with Speedy Serve and for up to 2 years after termination (or longer if required to comply with tax, audit, or legal obligations).

We implement robust measures: SSL/TLS encryption, secure servers, restricted access, role-based controls, and periodic privacy/security audits.

In case of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities in compliance with applicable laws.
