1. Return Policy Overview

At Speedy Serve, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our delivery, ride booking, and pick-n-drop services. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for service cancellations and refunds.

2. Food Delivery Returns

Due to the nature of food delivery services:

  • Orders cannot be returned once delivery is in progress
  • Refunds are possible if the order is canceled before the restaurant begins preparation
  • For quality issues, please report within 30 minutes of delivery

3. Ride Booking Cancellations

For ride booking services:

  • Free cancellation within 2 minutes of booking
  • Cancellation fee applies after driver is assigned
  • Full refund for service provider no-shows

4. Pick-n-Drop Service

For package delivery and pick-n-drop services:

  • Cancellation available before pickup with full refund
  • Service fee applies after pickup is initiated
  • Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours

5. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For any concerns, please contact our customer support.
